Healing Yoga is a modern day version of an ancient healing practice incorporating the use of ki-energy to facilitate the awareness of body, mind and breath. This program is designed to involve people of all ages and physical abilities. The series includes simple postures and stretching, breathing techniques, brain balancing exercises, body tapping, visualization, mantra and meditation. These techniques are designed to release emotions, open blockages and encourage the free flow of energy in the body. Through awareness, mindfulness and opening of the heart and chakras, energy can circulate, body becomes balanced and healing can be achieved.
